Use this device to look up customer's phone numbers and then DirecTouch will pull up their profile.

Just that simple and just that quick. DirecTouch will receive the phone number through a serial port on the computer and instantly look up the customer's profile and display it for the phone operator to view.

The entire customer profile will display including address, special instructions and even have an interface to Microsoft Map Point for driving directions and a printed map.

This device handles up to 4 incoming phone lines and can be linked to another box to handle an additional 4 lines.

You will need 1 Whozz Calling? caller id interface per terminal.
