This report shows vital information to run a profitable restaurant.  Labor is one of the few things that you can control on a daily, even hourly basis.

This report shows:

• Who is on the clock.
• How long they have been on the clock.
• If they are a revenue producing employee, the report will show their sales.
• Labor hours, percentage of sales and dollars by job code.
• Total hours, dollars and labor cost for the day.
• Total tips declared.
