DirecTouch is proud to announce our new policy of FREE TECHNICAL PHONE SUPPORT for all systems customers who purchase after January 1st of 2006. Our technical support department is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST absolutely free to our systems customers who have purchased their hardware and software from us. This means no matter what the support problem is our team will be available for technical phone support. This service is free for the first 3-years after your date of purchase.

Additionally, we are offering free e-mail and live chat support via our website to all our customers.

Please visit our new Support Site, which will contain manuals, installation documents, training videos and answers to the most frequently asked support questions, all designed to make it easy for you to do it yourself and save time and money.
