Warranty Questions | DirecTouch Do It Yourself Restaurant Point of Sale FAQs

Is there a warranty on this system?

The DirecTouch Depot Warranty for your hardware and software is for 6-months.  This warranty is for manufacturers defects and is a depot/exchange warranty.  This warranty does not cover abuse such as dropping the terminal (Yes, we have had people drop them), water damage (We once had someone wash a terminal with a water hose) or disasters/Acts of God (In Florida we say "hurricanes happen")

The DirecTouch Depot Warranty is only on complete system purchases that come with the DirecTouch Do It Yourself Restaurant Point of Sale software. Hardware purchases without software do not include the DirecTouch Depot Warranty but do carry the full manufacturer's warranty.
