Training is defined as the time spent with one of our technicians teaching how to set up DirecTouch, how to operate the software and how to use the software. Training deals with a lot of the "how" of to use the software.

Training can be extensive or a casual conversation. This all depends on the knowledge level of each individual. No two are alike and some take a lot more time than others.

Overall, the people who have bought DirecTouch have not needed to buy a great deal of training. By taking advantage of the free training opportunities we offer most (80% or more) never ask for any additional training.

• Searchable Knowledge Base (User Name and Password Required)

Support

Support is defined as answering questions about a system that is already functional and operational.

Each DirecTouch system comes with a 3-year support agreement. This agreement gives you unlimited support calls Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time.

Support for your system is easy obtained by dialing 800-783-4450.  Each system we ship has this number clearly placed for quick access when needed.  Once you have completed the installation of your system you may call this number for technical support.

24/7 Help Desk services are available to all of our customers at a nominal charge of just $69 per 20 minute hour call.  Additional hours may be purchased in 1-hour increments or in blocks of 10-hour spans.

Our most popular option is to purchase Quarterly Support for only $99 per quarter. If you chose to buy 3 quarters we will give you the 4th quarter at no charge.
