"Why is your product so cheap?"  A question that is often asked.

This is a question we get quite often.  Here is our answer.

First off, we are not 'cheap'.  We only use new hardware that has never been installed.  We install the same high quality hardware for our local customers, which are our neighbors and friends.  People whom we have to look at and not be ashamed.  You are getting the same new system that we already sell and support.

Next, we buy our hardware from the same suppliers that many of our competitors use.  We buy at the same prices and pass many of the same warranties on to our customers.  There is no secret here.  Our competitors pay the same price we do.

Does all this make you stop and wonder, just why are all these other companies so expensive?  It did us.  That is why we created DirecTouch Point of Sale.  That is why we have been so well received by restaurateurs.  That is why we are making our competitors so nervous.

Finally, it isn't that we are so 'cheap'.  Maybe we just have it right.
