How do I get support on my system?

Support for your system is easy obtained by dialing 800-783-4450.  Each system we ship has this number clearly placed for quick access when needed.  Once you have completed the installation of your system you may obtain assistance from our 24/7 Help Desk.  Our Help Desk services are available to all of our customers at a nominal charge of just $69 per 20 minute hour call.  Additional hours may be purchased in 1-hour increments or in blocks of 10-hour spans.

Our most popular option is to purchase Six Months at $399.00.
