Displaying Up To 60 Menu Buttons on DirecTouch DIY Restaurant Point of Sale

Sometimes 30 menu buttons is just not enough.  Do you have more than 30 beers?  Do you have more than 30 wines?  Do you have more than 30 named drinks?  If so, you need the ability to display up to 60 menu items on the screen at once.  DirecTouch Point of Sale can be programmed to do just that.

  1. Start by entering the Managers Menu.  Remember, this takes the proper level of security clearance.

  2. Go to Register Setup.

  3. Go to Register Options.

  4. Go to the License/Menu/Credit Cards tab.

  5. Check the box for "60 Menu Buttons".

  6. Save and Exit the Managers Menu.

  7. The Category buttons move all the way to the left opening up the majority of the screen for menu buttons.  Up to 60 menu buttons can be displayed on this screen.

  8. The ticket window is also minimized but can be recalled to its larger size by touching "Show/Hide Ticket".

  9. You can toggle between the minimized and enlarged ticket windows.
