Transaction Review Feature on DirecTouch DIY Restaurant Point of Sale

DirecTouch Point of Sale uses Microsoft Access as the database engine.  This allows us to keep a huge amount of history to be recalled when needed for reporting purposes.  One thing this allows us to do is recall a transaction.

  1. Begin by entering the "Managers Menu".  This area is restricted by security access.

  2. Go to "Transaction Review".

  3. Pick the date from the available list.

  4. Once you pick the date you can then sort that date by time, name, check number, menu item or voided sales.

  5. Pick the check from the sorted list.

  6. The system will then display this check for you to view.
