Tendering Credit Cards on DirecTouch DIY Restaurant Point of Sale

With the optional Credit Card Module you are able to take credit cards through the terminals.  This makes taking credit cards easier and faster rather than all the servers going to a single credit card terminal probably located a good long walk from where they are.  Balancing is much easier as DirecTouch Point of Sale will automatically batch the credit cards after hours and balance them to the totals in the system.

  1. At the point of tendering the order touch the "Tender" button.

  2. Then touch "Credit Card".

  3. Swipe the card through the magnetic card reader attached to the terminal.  The system will then dial out or go through an Internet connection.  You will get an approval within 25 seconds with a dial-up connection or as quick as 2 seconds with an Internet connection.
