Time Clock Report | DirecTouch DIY Restaurant Point of Sale

DirecTouch Point of Sales comes standard with a Time in Attendance module.  This module allows employees to clock in/out.  The system must then report on these punches.  This report can then be used to create the payroll for the employees.

  1. Begin with entering the "Managers Menu".  This area is password protected and access is restricted through security levels.

  2. Go to the "Reports Menu".

  3. Select "Time Clock Reports".

  4. You get several reports that can be used to better manage this area of your operation.

  5. You can select the date to report on.  This data is pulled from the historical database and can go back to any date in the system's history.

  6. The "Daily Time Records" is the report for the payroll company.

  7. The report shows the daily breakdown of punches for each employee.
