  1. Begin with entering the "Managers Menu".  This area is password protected and access is restricted through security levels.

  2. Go to the "Reports Menu".

  3. Next, go to "Menu Reports".

  4. Here you will find several sale mix reports for your menu items.

  5. These reports can be viewed or printed.

  6. There are reports that can be taken for a specific item, group of items or all items.

  7. You can select "Today", a specific date or in this case "Week to Date".
