Quick Cash Bar Sale | Bar Point of Sale

A true test of a point of sale system is how fast they can ring up a cash sale at a bar and still be able to manage tabs, tables and other bar functions.  Some systems can handle all the other functions well but fall short when it comes to quickly taking cash for an item.  DirecTouch Point of Sale has a dedicated button just for cash sales.

1. DirecTouch Point of Sale prominently displays the "Cash" button at the top of the screen.  It is found between the "Done" and "Start Tab" buttons.
   
2. To ring a cash sale touch the item and then "Cash".  The drawer pops open and a huge display pops up.  This makes it easy to audit a bartender's sale from a distance.  This helps keep the bartender honest when the owner of the bar can see the amount rang up and then watch the item(s) be passed to the customer.
