Frequent Diner Module From DirecTouch Do It Yourself Restaurant Point of Sale

DirecTouch Point of Sale has an optional module that will track customer data and buying habits, help reward repeat customers and even market to your customer base.  You will be able to enter your customer's name, address and phone number.  You create plans that target specific aspects of your business that you would like to promote and then assign these plans to your customer's file.  The system will automatically track their buying habits and reward them for continuing to dine with you.

1. Start by taking an order in the normal fashion.  The plan we have set up gives a reward of a free appetizer when the 5th appetizer has been bought.  Generally, this would take place over several visits.  For this example we are going to ring the all up together.
   
2. We now have 5 appetizers on the order.  For this plan, we have stated that any appetizer qualifies for the reward.
   
3. Enter the customer's account number or swipe their magnetic card to recall their account.  You can search for their account by name.
   
4. Enter their number to recall their account.
   
5. Once their frequent diner number is entered the system will display their name in the red box on the screen.  
   
6. The system will immediately reward any frequent diner plan that has been attained.
