Another Round of Drinks | Bar Point of Sale

So often a customer will want to sit and enjoy the atmosphere in your restaurant or bar.  They will want to re-order the same drinks for their table or bar tab.  If the re-order contains several drinks, special drinks with modifiers and other specialty drinks the process of placing the re-order can be cumbersome or difficult and does allow for the opportunity to make mistakes.  DirecTouch Point of Sale has a feature that allows the server or bartender to quickly and easily re-order the same items again and again for your customers.  Take a moment and check it out.  Click on "Watch a Flash Movie" or scroll down the page to read about the feature.

1. You start by re-opening the bar tab or table.
   
2. The tab or ticket is displayed for the server or bartender.  Begin by touching the "Repeat Item" button.
   
3. Then select the item that you wish to re-order.  This feature is not limited to just drinks.  Any item on the menu can be re-ordered.
   
4. The re-ordered item will appear in blue at the bottom of the tab/ticket.  You then repeat these steps for other items to be re-ordered and complete the transaction as normal.
